We'll also move beyond traditional financial measures, and look at a dashboard of measures to help drive strategy across the organisation.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

Organisational Purpose

The aim of this programme is to renew or relaunch an organisation's culture by getting behind a new sense of purpose. Organisations often seek a new vision and values. But typically a well-meaning list of nouns or adjectives ('authenticity', 'quality') doesn't excite the wider audience. Nor does it lead to value creation. Instead, I work with my clients to make real impact with a unifying purpose.
By the end of the first stage, participants will have:
- An inspiring statement of purpose: the impact the organisation has on the lives of those it serves
- A vision of a desired future state for the organisation
- A set of values with anecdotes and stories to support them
- An action plan for bringing the new culture to life; to create a great place to work where everyone does great work
